Through a post on Facebook, the democratic deputy states that their pensions are increased by only 50 lek per day, while the prices of basket products have increased by 30%.
According to her, the pension reform scheme has failed, while the government refuses to see it.
" Yesterday, the parliament discussed the pension reform, of course, due to the noise of the day, much was lost. At the end of the day, the government promises an additional 50 lek per day for pensions, an additional 50 lek for survival.
What can a pensioner buy with 50 lek, when prices have increased by almost 30%? When every basket product starting from oil, sugar and every other food has increased by 30%, how can a pensioner survive on 50 lek a day? Meanwhile, 15,000 pensioners are added every year. And who is the government's answer? Alms of the day! ", writes Tabaku.
