The Secretary for Public Relations in the Democratic Party, Edvin Kulluri, has shown the reasons for the decision of the leader of the Democratic Party, Lulzim Basha, to expel 11 deputies from the party.
In an interview for 'Euronews Albania', he said that the decision is only a formalization of the decision of these 11 deputies not to be part of the DP.
According to him, there is nothing wrong with this action, since the deputies had chosen by themselves to leave the PD and join the 'BF'.
"They are not supporters of Berisha, they freely chose not to be part of DP, this decision is a formalization of the decision of these deputies themselves not to be part of DP. We chose them ourselves. As long as they have chosen to become part of the campaign of another electoral coalition such as Bashke Fitomjem, to take completely opposite positions, it means that they have freely chosen another political career outside DP. They have taken a completely different journey. I see nothing wrong; it is a decision to formalize a decision that they had taken themselves to go to a non-legal entity ", Kulluri said.
