Recently, the KLJ and KLP officially certified through public announcements that public figures (politicians) are being pressured and blackmailed against judges of GJKKO and prosecutors of SPAK, as well as segments of the media for the hot files they are investigating.

The public does not know everything that happens behind the scenes with the new justice and especially, with SPAK prosecutors and GJKKO Judges. The people they are investigating as part of organized crime and exponents of the high politics of corrupt transition, have had justice in their pocket for over 30 years.
Today, risking not only prison, but also the confiscation of the staggering wealth they have robbed the Albanians through the power they generously gave them, they are trying with all means to save themselves, their family members, their associates and the stolen loot these 3 decades, which is worth several tens of billions of euros.
The last alarm raised by the KLJ and KLP was mostly related to the unprecedented recent campaign of Sali Berisha (After the security measures), against SPAK and the judges who have his case and his son-in-law Jamarbër Malltezi, but the head of the Reestablishment is not the only "big fish" who has open accounts with the new justice.
Although he publicly acts as if he does not interfere, Edi Rama, on the other hand, does the same under the rug. We remember, among others, his desperate clash with the USA, (Ambassador Yuri Kim), to take control of the direction of SPAK, intending to install the prosecutor of Ilir Beqaj and sabotage the election of Altin Duman.
Also, the former prime minister and former president, Ilir Meta, is being investigated for two hot cases, (CEZ-DIA and lobbying with questionable money), and despite the fact that he appeared before SPAK every time he was called, in the most " "mafioso" has sent "orders" to the prosecutors who are investigating.
In various television appearances or with notes on FB, Meta, after the opening of the investigations against him, has torpedoed the head of SPAK Altin Dumani and has called the prosecutors " creatures of the ruling party " and the Special Prosecutor's Office as " the biggest business to govern".
But on October 31 of this year, after learning that the investigations against him are nearing completion, Ilir Meta went even further. In an appearance for the media, he sends a coded "mafia" style message to SPAK prosecutors: Prosecutors have their own problems, they have families, spouses, relatives...
What did Ilir Meta want to say with these words: That everyone, even SPAK prosecutors, have their weak points?!
A few days ago, the head of "Open Data Albania" and the administrator of the web application "#AksesDretësi", Aranita Brahaj found out a very interesting fact about the prosecutor who is investigating Ilir Meta, Sotir Kllapi. She writes that in the application where all the detailed data about the people of justice are found, the most clicked and "investigated" name in the last week is exactly that of the prosecutor Kllapi.
" Last week, prosecutor Sotir Kllapi, known as the SPAK Prosecutor for the case against the former Prime Minister and former President Ilir Meta, was the most searched and clicked name on the web database Access Justice Register of Magistrates.

Who is digging and collecting these days, detailed information about every aspect of the life and profession of prosecutor Sotir Kllapi?!
SPAK prosecutor Sotir Kllapi has in his hands one of the most "hot" and sensational files in the last three decades, and consequently the political and legal fate of Ilir Meta, one of the four politicians who dominated politics during pluralism in Albania.
The evidence confirming the elements of the criminal offense of passive corruption, falsification of forms and money laundering is blatant. Lobbying contracts in the USA worth hundreds of thousands of USD by Ilir Meta and LSI in 2017 were discovered, the money of which was hidden, not being declared either to the CEC or to the ILDKP. Whatever the decision will be, Sotir Kllapi seems to be privately investigated by those implicated in this hot file, which according to sources of Alfapress.al is nearing the final conclusion after former high exponents of LSI have been called as persons in the know. Petrit Vasili, Endrit Brahimllari, Luan Rama, the party's economist, accountants, and others.
But who is Sotir Kllapi?
Sotir Kllapi graduated from the Magistrate's School in 2009. He first started working as a prosecutor in the Prosecutor's Office of Tirana. He then served as a prosecutor in Fier and Durrës until 2014. From 2014 to 2020, Sotir Kllapi headed the Pogradec Prosecutor's Office.
No disciplinary measures have been registered against Kllap. During his career, the prosecutor was evaluated very well by the Durrës Prosecutor's Office for the years 2012-2013, he was evaluated very well by the Progradec Prosecutor's Office for the years 2014, 2015 and 2016.
In May 2020, Kllapi was appointed by the High Prosecution Council in SPAK, being evaluated with 174 points, at the head of all candidates, leaving behind Dritan Prenc, Vladimir Mara and Dorina Bejko.
Representatives of the US-EU participated in the candidacy evaluation process.
After being appointed to SPAK, Kllapi participated in several trainings with experts from the USA and the EU.
Prosecutor Kllapi successfully and easily passed the vetting process in May 2019. Kllapi was confirmed in office on May 13, 2019, being evaluated positively in the criteria of wealth, clean image and professional skills.
Although he has been part of the prosecution body for 13 years, Sotir Kllapi has no real estate, at least until 2018. The prosecutor found that he lived on rent in the Student City, concluding a lease contract with the Tirana University Student Residence. / Alfapress.al
