"Port of Durrës"/ The second lawsuit is ready for the Constitutional Court, Bylykbashi: Report to SPAK for law breakers!

Reestablishment will today file a second lawsuit in the Constitutional Court regarding the issue of the port of Durrës, as it is claimed that the law has been violated.

In a media conference, MP Oerd Bylykbashi said that criminal charges will be filed against the offenders at SPAK.

"We know that most of the population lives in the west. European institutions invested in the Port of Durrës. Where the port of Durrës in Defender was a strategic point. This corruption affair is not a story of secret corruption but robbery of a public property in broad daylight. DP has prepared the second lawsuit to the Constitutional Court with the signatures of the deputies to challenge again on this issue. We will file criminal charges against the persons responsible for this affair in SPAK, such as Prime Minister Edi Rama. We want to put a stop to the phenomenon of corruption, so that Vlora, Ksamili and Saranda are not affected", said Bylykashi.
