The socialist majority, together with the deputies of the re-establishment, are continuing the good climate of cooperation after the approval of the two commissions of inquiry and the approval of the amnesty for the prisoners.

Sources from the socialist majority have affirmed for the journalist, Muhamed Veliu, that the opposition colleagues have been asked to bring every possible suggestion, including the extension from 3 years to 5 years to benefit from the amnesty.
Meanwhile, Gazment Bardhi has publicly expressed his support in principle for the approval of the amnesty, but has set some red lines. According to him, categorically, already convicted politicians or in court proceedings should not benefit from this amnesty.
As the amnesty should not be included in the reduction of the sentence, as provided for by the "Ndreca" amendment of the officials convicted by the Special Court Against Organized Crime and Corruption.
Due to the lack of 84 votes, the socialists withdrew the draft amnesty law from the agenda four weeks ago. However, the Minister of Justice, Ulsi Manja, commented on this development not with worrying doses.
On the contrary, he taught the fact that this amnesty proposed by the government will be approved with a broad consensus of over 84 votes.
