The Primary Election process for the Assembly elections of May 11, 2025, has opened in all polling centers throughout Albania at 8:00 a.m.
The highest turnout was in Tirana, where 3,936 citizens voted by 12:00. Korça ranked second, where 2,033 democrats cast their votes in the ballot boxes, while Shkodra ranked third with 2,033 voters.
In Durrës, 1,555 Democrats have voted so far, in Lezha 1,650 voters, in Kukës 1,430, in Fier 1,440, in Elbasan 1,380, in Vlora 1,065, in Berat 920, in Dibër 890 and in Gjirokastër 855 Democrats.
Meanwhile, the process is continuing at a high pace and in some voting centers there is a lot of flow (Shkodër, Kurbin, Lezhë, etc.).
