Former deputy of the DP, Belind Kelliçi, has shown a scheme that shows where the stupidity of the officials of the Municipality of Tirana and municipal enterprises had reached with the tenders.
Invited to the show "Te Paespozuarit", Kelliçi explained how in one case the water supply worker, who carried out the works of the hotel of the procurement director at UKT, was awarded with a tender for these works.
" Hotel La Brisa in Dhërmi, 40% shareholder is the director of procurement in UKT. 60% of the hotel is owned by Fatos Malaj, the brother of the mayor of Burrel, Agron Malaj.
A person who does work for the hotel, in the amount of 630 thousand euros, owed to him, is Durim Mustafa, head of the water supply sector.
Meanwhile, this employee who did 630,000 euros of work was caught by SPAK who was a member of KVO in three tenders won by Redi Molla.
In August 2023, it receives a 3.2 million euro tender from the Municipality of Burrel to Agron Malaj.
Meanwhile, a year and a half ago, Fatos Malaj received two tenders worth 13 million euros for the water supply of Tirana with the firm of Elton Kacidhe , Këlliçi said.
