The day before, the leader of the Democratic Party Lulzim Basha, during a conference with journalists, spoke about a plan of the socialist government to control and attack SPAK and the new justice bodies.
According to Basha, the process to control SPAK is done through a so-called commission of human rights that are violated by justice institutions.
He emphasized that if this plan is true, then DP will be 100% in block against this initiative.
"Now that the Justice Reform is starting to give results, now that SPAK is starting to attack the historical impunity of this government's corruption, the government has pulled out of the drawers an approach, as I said, it was once tried in Romania where the same process was to control and attack the SPAK and the Reform in Justice through a so-called commission of human rights that are violated by the institutions of justice. If this information is not wrong, if such an issue was discussed, no later than this week at the highest levels of socialist policy makers, then I want to assure, firstly, the Albanian public, and secondly, those who Democratic Party will have 100% in the block against such an initiative" , declared Basha.
Regarding this, the Minister of State for Relations with the Parliament, Elisa Spiropali, has reacted, who through a post on Facebook says that this claim of Basha is untrue.
According to Spiropali, what was stated by Basha is "a smoke that started from under the balcony of the alley behind the Pyramid and spread through the majelis".
"A smoke has started from under the balcony of the alley behind the Pyramid and has spread through the Mejlis with the zealous slander against Edi Rama and the SP, to show the Albanians the grace of a diabolical plan "of the socialists alarmed against Spak"!
This is one of those untruths that is so ridiculous it's not worth considering. However, it is worth today to advise all those interested to return to the prime minister's speech at the December 8 Congress. There they will also find the starting point of the plans that the socialists are making, for which the political leaders, the government cabinet and the leaders of the Parliament's commissions, gathered for two days in Lezhë.
There are three directions of work and our "evil" plans for the above:
1) Guaranteeing the irreversibility of the progress made so far;
2) Modernization of every limb and organ of the state;
3) Increasing the human capital of the public administration.
As stated above, the Justice Reform is the flagship of all our reforms, which is not untouched, but will only be enhanced with our unwavering support and in close cooperation with our strategic allies. While Spaku today is one of the reasons for our pride for that flag, which would never have been raised in this country, without Edi Rama and the Socialist Party.
The Socialist Party is neither on the balcony nor in the countryside, but at the head of a war that continues, for justice until the end, for Albania 2030.
The others are smoke from the balcony above the alley, rumors from the cottage in the bay of Lalzi and noise from Luli's dreamland" , answers Spiropali.
