Tabaku: Fear of SPAK is pushing SP to control justice!

The deputy of the Democratic Party, Jorida Tabaku, said that "the fear of SPAK is pushing the SP to control justice".

Tabaku emphasizes that the establishment of a working group by the SP to monitor independent institutions "is a violation of any remaining balance of control in the parliament".

According to her, the Parliament has long since lost the function of checking and balancing the government, turning into a notarial power of the government.

"Beyond the fear, intimidation and quarrels with SPAK that the arrogant omnipotents see, Albania does not owe them this. Even more so when we are waiting from day to day for the opening of negotiations for two chapters, when the Assembly is waiting to start its role in this process. Albanians do not have the luxury to "go back" because of the Party's trickery, which also has a problem with the New and independent Justice. No one intends to go back to the party, the state, the state, the party and justice!" , writes the MP on Facebook.

The fear of SPAK is pushing SP to control justice!

The establishment of a working group by a single party force, i.e. the Socialist Party, to monitor independent institutions on how they fulfill the obligations of the integration process is at least disturbing, at most it is a violation of any remaining balance of control. in parliament.

Parliament has long since begun to lose that function of check and balance to the government, turning from a controlling instrument into a notarial power for the government. However, not even in the worst dreams was it thought that the SP Parliamentary Group would have the absolute power to control the judicial power while being the notary of the government. This whole story which completely undoes the most primary constitutional duty of the parliament is at the very least the destruction of any thread of balance left to the assembly.

The law assigns the report on meeting EU conditions, reporting on work calendars, obligations from report progress, etc. first to the National Integration Council, which was established specifically after a bipartisan agreement and inspired by the best experience of the region. The purpose of this Council has been and remains the complete reporting of independent institutions, including those of justice, on their work in relation to EU criteria. Meanwhile, periodic and detailed annual reports are carried out every year by the parliamentary commissions that have part of the work regulated by law and assembly regulations. In the meantime, a law approved by unanimous agreement and above all with the greeting of the entire EU was the law on increasing the role of the assembly in the integration process, which guarantees an even greater parliamentary and non-partisan involvement in this process.

This proposed mechanism violates the role of the assembly, violates the law, but also violates the principle of independence of these institutions. Principle for which we undertook a major reform that totally changed the whole system. Now, it is clear to everyone that the great power has produced a great corruption on which the reality of a not so natural majority rises. For anyone who cold-bloodedly sees the corruption investigations against over 50% of PPPs, detailed financial investigations against the rulers, understands the alarm of a majority that aims to control SPAK tomorrow. Many have understood this effort since they heard the statements that Albania did not need a Republic of the Judiciary and Prosecutors. And yet all this that is circulating smells of corruption, corruption of power. And yet what is being talked about today more and more clearly smells of anti-constitutionality and anti-democracy since no parliament can call independent institutions to report to a political party! Of that party that dreams of capturing SPAK and then wakes up and proudly tells us like a rooster on top of the incinerator's dung that the same party has the banner of Justice Reform.

Beyond the fear, intimidation and quarrels with SPAK that the arrogant omnipotents see, Albania does not owe them this. Even more so when we are waiting from day to day for the opening of negotiations for two chapters, when the Assembly is waiting to start its role in this process. Albanians do not have the luxury to "go back" because of the Party's trickery, which also has a problem with the New and independent Justice. No one intends to go back to the party, the state, the state, the party and justice!

The insistence that it happens clearly shows who is in trouble with SPAK.

Albania must leave this road once and for all.
