Prime Minister Edi Rama has revealed the name of the new speaker of parliament. He will be Niko Peleshi, who will take over the position currently held by Elisa Spiropali.

According to Rama, Niko Peleshi is the right profile, while the cameras focused on Elisa Spiropali.

The Deputy Speaker of Parliament will be Klodiana Spahiu, the MP for Durrës.

Meanwhile, Taulant Balla will return as chairman of the SP Group.
