Prime Minister Edi Rama, during the presentation of candidates in Shkodra, ironized the new parties. He said that they included their relatives on the list, because they could not fill it.

"Not all were members and sympathizers of the DP, then the DP was at the right time and in the right place. Today is the right time to vote for the Socialist Party. The swamp is not even discussed. The youngest party today and I'm telling you statistically is the Socialist Party. I even laughed when these young people were about 17 characters who were affected by decriminalization. There is no discussion and I judge this part. They even go out and grab their uncle and aunt to fill the list. Their job, people, let them do whatever they want to eat the heads from that side ," Rama said.
