Democrat Aldo Bumçi has accused Prime Minister Rama saying that he is a user of the "SKY Ecc" application.
He stated from the blue office that through this application, Rama ordered the 'non grata' file against former Prime Minister Berisha and other criminal acts.
Regarding the Rama-McGonigal case, Bumçi says that SPAK head Altin Dumani received an order from Rama not to open the investigation and became a member of the Rama-McGonigal structured criminal group.

The Democratic Party informs the public that Edi Rama and Taulant Balla are the main users of coded phones such as SKY Ecc, etc. with which they have talked with structured criminal groups directly connected to them and have ordered serious criminal acts.

For all this criminal mafia activity of the Rama-McGonigal structured criminal group exercised mainly in Tirana, the leftist extremist at the head of Skapi, Altin Dumani, received orders from Rama not to open the investigation and in fact he in a criminal act by kicking laws and public interest, became a member of the Rama-McGonigal structured criminal group and declared that he would not open the investigation.
