The Secretary of the Freedom Party, Tedi Blushi, has reacted regarding the decision of the Assembly for the mandate of Olta Xhaçka. He stated that it is the third time in a row that the court's decision is being rejected, as he emphasized that it is a violent violation of the Constitution.
He said that the prime minister is to blame, as he defended the corrupt interests of Olta Xhaçka, stressing that this is a serious constitutional 'coup'.
Blushi said that "Rilindja" has grabbed justice by the throat, to hit his political opponents.
The secretary of PL further emphasized: "In the conditions where the mafia has captured the state, destroyed the Constitution and where the political justice of SPAK does nothing but guarantee the impunity of Edi Rama while isolating without evidence the leader of the Democratic Party, Prof. Dr. . Sali Berisa blackmails the leaders of the opposition, every citizen's action against the mafia in power is legitimate".
The decision of the Assembly to reject for the third time the decision of the Constitutional Court for Olta Xhaçka is confirmation of the annihilation of the Constitutional Court and of the Constitution of the Republic of Albania itself, it is proof of the annihilation of the Assembly and the rule of law .

This very serious constitutional coup undertaken by the government mafia and dictated by the interests of the dirty money of drug trafficking and traffic of all kinds, is the final act of the "de jure" and "de facto" collapse of the state.
As the prestigious German "Der Spiegel" rightly concluded recently, as earlier RAI 3, Bild and "The Times", today Albania is an autocracy dominated by drug money and the mafia, which only SPAK does not see .
Turning a blind eye to the screaming evidence of schizophrenic corruption and incrimination at high levels, with the sole purpose of not punishing Edi Rama and Erion Veliaj, who have turned state offices into dens of organized crime, of the international mafia, of Sinaloa, Ndrangheta and the most dangerous drug trafficking cartels, proves that SPAK is a criminal organization in the hands of Edi Rama and the international mafia, which seeks to extinguish the sovereignty of the Albanian people and the Republic of Albania.
