"Unregister Basha", Rithemalimimi appeals to KAS the CEC's decision on Kukës: Berisha is the chairman of DP

The Democratic Party of Re-establishment has appealed to the Complaints and Sanctions Commission the decision of the CEC, which the day before registered PDSH represented by Lulzim Basha in the partial elections of the municipality of Kukës, which will be held on September 24.

In the letter submitted to the KAS, the PD of Rithemelim opposes the decision that the CEC took the day before and demands that the PDSH with representative Lulzim Basha be deregistered and the DP with representative Sali Berisha be registered.

Also, in the appeal request, the reasons why KAS should reject the decision of the CEC that registered Lulzim Basha are given.
