"Political situation with fights", Idrizi: "Beleri" damages

During the commemoration of the 33rd anniversary of the "Chameria" Association, the head of the PDIU, Shpëtim Idrizi, stated that the political situation with the sherrnaja does not positively affect the issue of Çamëria.

He emphasized that the Cham issue should be resolved through dialogue, as the Chams want good relations with their Greek neighbors.

According to Idrizi, the case of Fredi Beleri is damaging the Albania-Greece relationship

" Unfortunately, today, my friends, we are in a political situation with many tensions and fights, where politics should be the place of the wise. I believe you have seen that every time the name of Çameria is mentioned in the parliament, everyone is silent. At least one of them mentioned it, I mean those who even once benefited from Çameria.

When I started at PDIU, I found Chams who said they were left-wing, but today I see very few Chams who say they are right-wing.

The good relationship cannot go through Albanians like Beleri, since when it comes to such issues, the media and Greek politics work together. Putting Beler today as a candidate for an Albanian municipality does not do the Albanians any good. There are more outstanding and intellectual men who would do good for Albania. Therefore, imagine my friends that the Albanian government had done for Chameria, as much as the Greek government has done for a piece of Beler.

Then 6 years ago the Greek Foreign Minister acknowledged the existence of the law of war. Well, that means resolving the relationship between the two countries. PDIU will ask Greece for good reports.

We have always believed that we should start dealing with our language, culture, nation, flag. All these are what make us a solidary society. We cannot be the country that exports goods. we cannot develop by seeing Albania and Kosovo as two fiefdoms. We must give back to what unites us. At least in culture and history, let's make it unique ", he said, among other things.
