The lawyer Kreshnik Spahiu has stated that the Electoral Reform cannot be done by SP-PD and PL, which according to him are the ones who sank the electoral system.
Spahiu said that the Electoral Reform should be implemented by the people through a referendum.
He also added that the three main parties in the country are interested in immigrants not voting, as this, according to him, would be the end of them.
" Actually, the three parties are fighting for one chair. This is the biggest disaster that happens to the political situation. To the shame of the reform itself, those who have sunk the electoral system want to do it. Those who have consumed it cannot reform it.
Those who have sunk the electoral system cannot provide new alternatives. The only ones who cannot do electoral reform in Albania are SP-PD and PL. We want an electoral reform.
Albania is the only country in Europe that wants to make an electoral reform every 4 years. Electoral reform can only be carried out by the people through a referendum. Only the people can bring change", said Spahiu.
