Gazment Bardhi has commented on the statements of SPAK head Altin Dumani, who said earlier that they are immune to political accusations.
In an interview for "News 24", he said that in principle he agrees with what Dumani has stated, but denied that Berisha or anyone else has morally or professionally attacked the head of the Special Prosecutor's Office.
" I have not heard that there were accusations against Mr. Dumani. I don't know who he is referring to. I support and have condemned the intervention of Rama who wanted the appointment of someone else at the head of SPAK. The prosecution must be immune to any interference. In principle, what Duman says is right. I have not even heard Berisha or anyone else attack the leader of SPAK, Duman , "said Bardhi.
He also justified his absence from the meeting of the Council of Mandates by saying that he did not participate because of the action.
" As you know, from October 5, the deputies have started an action to prevent the normal development of the works of the assembly until the completion of the constitutions. And there has been no exception for any issue and there would be none for this case either. We will be in parliament to continue the action. We will continue to demand the constitutional rights of the opposition ", said Bardhi.
