
The Shkodra region looks like an open competition between political coalitions in the May 11 parliamentary elections.
According to the News24 poll in collaboration with the Italian research institute, Notosondazhi, by renowned pollster Antonio Noto, the DP and the Alliance for Greater Albania coalition would emerge as the leading force in this district.
Question: If national elections were held tomorrow in Albania to renew the Parliament, which party would you vote for?
45% responded that they would vote for the DP-ASHM coalition (range 43%-47%). In terms of mandates in the Assembly, the DP would win 5 or 6 deputies in the Shkodra Region. Compared to 2021, the DP increases in the Shkodra Region by 1.2%.
34.58% (32.5-36.5) would vote for the Socialist Party, which would win between 3-4 MPs in the Shkodra Region. Compared to 2021, the Socialist Party would increase in the Shkodra Region by 6%.
Tom Doshi's PSD would be voted for by 16% of Shkodra residents, a vote which would translate into up to 2 mandates in the Assembly, the same as it received in the parliamentary elections 4 years ago.
The Nisma-Albania Behet coalition, the Opportunity party and the Euro-Atlantic coalition would only receive 1% of the votes.
