"SPAK is disappointing", Spartak Ngjela: We expect him to fight, not
Lawyer Spartak Ngjela, analyzing the work of SPAK for this year, said that it has disappointed the public opinion so far, since according to him, it has not hit at high levels.

Njjela added that if the so-called 'big fish' are not arrested, this will mean, according to him, the public's loss of trust and hope for justice.

" We have hope in SPAK. If SPAK supports corruption, they should lose hope. The fact that SPAK has not hit at high levels has disappointed public opinion. Minister, deputy prime minister, deputy. But we have to see step by step ", said Njela in an interview with the media.

Further, he also focused on the case of Fredi Beleri, considering the intervention of the Greek government in the internal affairs as a wrong step. Ngjela added that many Albanians are mistreated in the Hellenic state, but there are no reactions from the Albanian side.

"What business does the Greek government have with the Albanian government? Why who is Beleri? Big personality? He was caught red-handed buying votes. If the Greek government gave it to him, he has the right to worry. You know what happens in Greece with the Albanians. Anti-Albanian racism. They sewed their mouths shut ", declared Spartak Ngjela.

Meanwhile, he also commented on the release from the cell of the former Minister of the Interior, Saimir Tahiri, for whom he said that he has not yet gained his freedom and is being held at home. According to him, if the conditions are not good, Tahiri can return to the cell.

" Did he really have the report of the forensic medicine, I have no idea what to say. If other facts emerge, I am ready to speak. He has not won freedom. He is under house arrest. They keep it there. If they see that the conditions are not good, they return it to where it was. I only know what the media has said so far. That legal provision is correct. Despite being a minister, humanity is humanity. If you come tomorrow and tell me they were all fakes. The ambassador said you have to see it, wait and we are waiting. No problem. We are waiting to hear what ," he concluded.
