The head of the Democratic Party, Lulzim Basha, during his speech at the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, condemned the September 24 attack in Banjska. He said that the terrorist attack organized by Serbia was intended to test the scenario of Crimea, in 2014, where it was annexed by Russia.
Basha also condemned the attacks in Gaza, as he added that Albania stands by the people and the state of Israel "at this critical time for their nation and for the security and stability of the region".

Terrorists have been trained in military bases in Serbia, weapons have been smuggled into Kosovo for months, with the aim of provoking a scenario similar to that of Crimea in 2014.
