The appointment of Silva Caka to the position of Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs has caused strong reactions in the Freedom Party, where
Ilir Meta's spokesperson, Jasmira Memelli, through a strong statement has strongly condemned Caka's decision to become part of Edi Rama's government, which she describes as "a government of crime and corruption."
" When someone chooses to abandon the values of Freedom and Democracy for a worthless chair in the Government of crime and corruption, they do not leave the Freedom Party, but from morality, integrity and principles ," Memelli's statement said.
Ironically mocking Caka's decision to leave politics and attend, as he had stated, the Magistrate's School, the Freedom Party spokesperson states:
“ It has been over a year since SC resigned to supposedly attend the Magistrates' School, which in fact resulted in an application to the 'School' of Corruption, Crime and Vice .”
" We do not forbid anyone from licking what they have spat on, or from spitting in their own face. Nor from trampling on the blood of their family shed for the sacred values of Freedom. These are personal choices that speak louder than any words."
"The Freedom Party is more determined than ever to defend and implement its major national existential causes, to continue the principled and patriotic struggle without compromise, to shorten the days of Edi Rama's criminal regime, which has depopulated the country and is mercilessly robbing the people with schizophrenic corruption ," the statement concludes.
