Flamur Noka : We oppose, fight, paralyze the institution.
Ylli Rakipi: What did you do to the institution? No one asks you at all, he votes for everything. You don't have the time to gather people. Now that you don't, light three flares and show us civil disobedience. Are you lying to me?
