Luteri i opozitës, duhet të publikojë librin e artë principal, ku të shkruajë se si do ta ndajë buxhetin e shtetit për njerëzit, natyrisht edhe për klasën e biznesit, por jo të pasurojnë ata xhagajdurë që shkatërruan ekonominë kombëtare, për ta kthyer në shesh ndërtimi.
Këta njerëz monstra, si Fane e Koço, të denoncohen publikisht se nuk janë as fisnikë, as aristokratë e as sipërmarrës. Janë thjesht makutë që në koshiencën e tyre kanë mënxyra, shkatërrime jetësh e familjesh.
Luteri shqiptar, nuk duhet të ketë komplekse për ta kthyer vendin në një kantier ku të rivijnë të gjithë që largohen, e administrata të jetë ndoshta jo grupi i më të mirëve, por të paktën të mos jetë strofulla e më idiotëve e makutëve.
