Gazment Bardhi and Sali Berisha are holding another meeting with the supporting deputies. This meeting of MPs comes after the overthrow of the investigative commissions, as well as the expulsion of 8 MPs from the Ethics Committee, as they did not allow the plenary session to take place.
The discussions inside the meeting have been revealed. Bardhi told the MPs that everyone will have to have a position on every issue facing the government, while according to him the SP has blocked every institutional space.
Meanwhile, former Prime Minister Sali Berisha said that they should start resistance and that they will not boycott the Assembly, but they should do everything to create their space in the parliament. The same position was taken by the deputy Oerd Bylykbashi, who says that they should stay in the Assembly and clash.
"We will have to take a stand. The majority is blocking us from any institutional space. They destroyed parliamentarism", Bardhi said at the meeting.
"We must start our resistance as parliamentarians. We do not boycott. This is in Rama's interest, but we will do everything to create our space as parliamentarians" , Berisha said during the meeting.
"We are looking for our space in the Assembly and we don't get this by leaving. We have to stand there and crash. We will have to make the battle strong in the session and in the commissions", said Bylykbashi.
