He won the internal race with 586 votes against the other candidate Erion Luka.

The vote counting process for the chairman of the Durrës Democratic Party has been completed. The members of this branch elected Adrian Gashi as the new chairman of the local structure with 586 votes.

The other candidate in the race, Erion Luka, received 268 votes from the membership that participated in the process.

According to data from the electoral process commission, 19 invalid ballots were also found during the counting.

With the completion of this process, the Democratic Party branch in Durrës now has a new leader elected by the members' vote.
