The protest is undoubtedly heterogeneous, with many different goals and attitudes.
However, all the people who have taken to the streets for four days and challenged the government are united in one point: total opposition to Edi Rama, his policies, and the current status quo of power.
A postponement or escalation of the situation would lead the country towards a clash or political agony that would solve nothing.
Neither for political stability, nor for the tranquility of the approaching tourist season, nor for foreign investments, which also includes the 4 billion euro project.
On the other hand, it is no longer about dialogue.
No one in the protest wants to talk to Edi Rama, while in the other camp there is no representation or panel that can negotiate.
Because, ultimately, we no longer have a concrete issue about which Edi Rama and the protesters need to sit down and talk.
The Zvërnec case was actually the 'spark' that ignited the protest, or the springboard that was used to incite the rebellion.
Now the situation has crossed the line of a protest just for Zvërnec.
Even if Edi Rama unilaterally announced tomorrow that he was withdrawing from the project, the protest would not stop.
On the contrary, she would take even more heart, because she would consider this her first victory.
As usual in such situations, there is only one way that can reduce tension and avoid a collision with more serious consequences.
A solution based on force, using the police, would achieve nothing.
On the contrary, it would further aggravate the situation.
And it's not just about stability. The Albanian political scene may need a fundamental shake-up.
The real problem is economic stability, on the eve of the tourist season, where a prolonged crisis could produce irreparable consequences.
Therefore, Edi Rama has only one solution to propose.
A solution that, even if it did not satisfy those he calls the organizers of the hybrid war against him, would remove their alibi to block the 4 billion euro project.
The solution is simple:
Take a step back.
Bring in a new cabinet, without himself at the helm as prime minister, and pave the way for full transparency on the Zvërnec project.
Create a board of professionals and personalities with public reputation, who would be more credible and create more peace of mind for the public.
Because Edi Rama no longer has the credibility or the necessary reputation, both at home and abroad, to carry such a burden.
Then, at an appropriate time, perhaps next spring, the country could enter new elections.
But with an electoral code that is not written only by Edi Rama and Sali Berisha.
However, this belongs to a "secondo tempo".
For now, Rama must make the first move.
As it is learned, this solution has also been suggested by several Western politicians.
It is even expected that this issue will come up at the Tivat Summit.
According to sources, Rama had planned to be represented at the summit by the President of the Republic.
But it seems that he was insistently requested to be there himself.
Because it is likely that the message will no longer be sent through intermediaries.

Z. Kryeminister ne Europe nuk hyet duke shitur copa te Shqiperise ne interesin tend dhe te Sali Berishes. Ne Europe hyet me drejtesi te te gjitheve perpara ligjit. Ligji 7501 e ndau pronen ne rrypa rrypa te vegjel. Nga ne dalin tani keta pronare me nga mijera hektare?
O Pamflet ti sic duket je me kete regjim kriminal 35 vjecar PS PD. Protesta eshte kunder kesaj bande hajdutesh e kriminelesh me dy koka Rame e Berishe. Ky vend nuk ka asnje zhvillim nese pritet njera koke dhe qendron tjetra. Ky Popull tani eshte zgjuar dhe e di fare mire se cfare kerkon. Sic duket spo kuptoni ,jeni pata nje cunami popullor qe do fshije kete klase politike hajdutesh e kriminelesh.

Mos ja kerkoni zgjidhjen politike se nuk e ben dot. Per arsye se as qe e mendon, dhe se nuk e le kush. Eshte totalisht i lidhur. Lere ce thote do kthehem ne katun.
Ne Samit vetem greket mund ta permendin. Zverneci nuk eshte ceshtje. Nuk eshte me shume se problematike ligjore shqiptare per pronesi toke, se truall nuk eshte. Dhe me absurdja eshte se toka atje ka qene shteterore. Se cfare eshte bere nga individe te caktuar me pas dhe si, tashme ta gjej SPAK-u. Ka dokumentacione ne Arkivat shqiprare per historine pronesore te tokes atje, te para vitit 1990 (sistemin e para viteve 90 mund ta shash per cdo gje, por dokumentet i kishte ruajtur). Ligji 7501 ka ndare token bujqesore, jo plazhin dhe detin. Toka bujqesore atje ka qene e shtetit (nga tharja e kenetes dhe e mocalit) dhe e pronareve vlonjate. Jo e atyre 2-3 familjeve, qe me pas u bene fise, qe kane ardhur nga tjeter kund si hyzmeqare/punetore te vlonjateve. A ka patur prona te blera, me dokumenta stergjyshi, gjyshi apo babai i atyre qe ngrene zerin, apo u jane lene pas viteve 90 ne perdorim nga pronari Shtet me ligjin 7501 (jo ne pronesi, se duhet ta blesh nga pronari i ligjshem qe te jesh pronar). Shtetit shqiptar duhet te sanksinoi me ligj qe 'nese toka ne perdorm nuk perdoret, pasi per tu perdorur ishte dhene (jo falur)i merret atij qe i eshte dhene ne perdorim nga Shteti e i kthehet pronarit Shtetit, pasi ai qe e ka marre nuk e ka plotesuar detyrimin per te cilin i eshte dhene siperfaqja e tokes, perdorimin/shfrytezimin e saj. A kane paguar tarife vjetore/qira shteterore ne Shtet keta persona, per siperfaqet qe Shteti iu ka dhene ne perdorim, jo ne pronesi? (Vetem me pronen/ate qe ke ne pronesi mund te besh c'te duash e mund ta lesh si te duash edhe djerre, por jo me ate gje qe e ke ne perdorim se ti je perdorues e jo pronar). O Shtet, o SPAK, ku jeni ?! Edhe pyllit, edhe reres, edhe detit i kane dale pronare privat?! E aq me teper pronare qe nuk jane shqiptare, por " thone qe jemi edhe shqiptare, edhe greke". Cfare jane? Shpiptare greqishtefoles te konvertuar ne greke?! Kam patur ne shkolle, para viteve 90, shoke dhe shoqe nga Narta dhe Zverneci. Edhe nxenes me mbiemrin e personit qe u dhunua brutalisht nga njerez pa asnje autoritet ligjor e per turp e faqja e zeze ne sy te policeve te papergjegjshem qe e lane te ndodhte ajo skene horrorr. E di historine e zones dhe banoreve. Ore zgjohuni se po behet krim antikomberar. Po cenohet siguria kombetare. Te gjitha edhe ne saje te korrupsionit nder vite, neglizhences, mostransparences, papergjegjshmerise, mos zbatimitmit sic duhet te ligjit, etj. Kete situate po e fryjne ata qe nuk duan qe Shqiperia te zhvillohet ekonomikisht. Zhvillimi ekonomik eshte integrimi. Po ishe mire ekonomikisht te luten te te fusini ne BE. Kete e dine mire ata qe na mbajne peng zhvillimin e i bejne presion Shqiperise sa here ju jepet resti. Sa kane leshuar padrejtesisht qeverite shqiptare, ne kurriz te popullit shqiptare dhe historise, per hir te integrimit te vendit, leshime sidomos ngaj Greqise qe na ka bere presione deri me "operacionet fshesa ndaj emigrante". Qe e do aq shume Shqiperine, sa do qe ta asimiloje te gjithen, me njerez e me prona, se ndryshe per greket e politiken grege Shqiperia nuk integrohet. Nga mbine si kerpudha mbi 10 auobuza me "turista protestash" nga Greqia.? Kush i sponsorizoi dhe pse? Tham shyqyr qe vitet e fundit, filluan te huajt te vijne per pushime ne Shqiperi dhe flasim mire per turizmin shiptar dhe Shqiperine. Biles edhe e reklamojne te miqte dhe bashkeshtetasit e tyre. Krizat e cdo lloji, edhe politike dhe ndryshimet para sezonit veror e demtojne turizmin detar ne Shqipeti e i cojne turistet prap ne Greqi e diku tjeter. Eshte njesoj si nafta, vajerat dhe mbetutinat qe derdhen nga anijet dhe vaporet greke naten, para dhe gjate sezonit te plazhit, ne ujerat perballe bregdetit shqiprar te Jugut te vendit, per tandotur, kur rrymat dhe errerat detare jane ne drejtim te bregdetit shqiprar. Lerjani SPAK-ut te merret me ceshyjen e prones. Te tjerat jane sajesa anti shqiprare. Zgjidhja me e mire mund te ishte qe: Toka te kthehet truall dhe te jete prone e Shtetit (shteti, pjesen e pronareve, t'ua bleje atyre me cmim tregu) e me pas prona shtet t'i jepet per zhvillim investitoreve qe thuhet se do investojne 4 miliarde dollari. Te behen rregullimet ligjore qe toka te mbete gjithmone e Shtetit dhe per perfitimet qe Shteti apo Vlora merr cfo vit, etj. Por gjithcka te jete transparente per komunitetin. Nje investim prej 4 miliarde dollare, rralle se vjen ndonjehere, jo per Shqioerine, qe aq ka rreth 50% te buxhetit vjetor, por per cfo vend te rajonit. Mos e kundershtoni investimin e lerini remujerat e stisura e paguara se, Greqia vete e enderon nje investim ne keto shifra. Te shohin Pireun qe po ua blejne te gjithin kinezet e mos te fusin hudet ne punet tona, pavaresisht se e kane zakon e nuk po ju shkon sic duan ata vitet e fundit.
Nese kryeministri nuk kupton qe ka ardh koha te ik , nuk eshte faji protestuesve. Te zhduket nga faqja dheut, te iki me turp dhe te perballet me drejtesine. MJAFT ME
