The expert sheds light on the behind-the-scenes: Kosovo policemen were kidnapped

Security expert, Bedri Elezi, has stated that the police officers detained by Serbia mistreated and left them without food and health medicines.

Elezi made the comments on the show "Good Morning Albanians" on Euronews, where he said that the policemen were not arrested, but kidnapped by the Serbian authorities.

He also said that he had suspicions that the deputy police director and other detained policemen may have been injured by biological weapons used by the Serbian secret services, which later had an effect on their health.

"This case was also a kidnapping of Kosovo citizens and police officers and state officials, who, due to an extraordinary intervention by the USA, were released, but were physically and mentally ill-treated, even depriving them of their right of nutrition or medications or drugs.

This kind of kidnapping is a clear indication of what Serbia is willing to do. We also fear for the lives of the hostages, because we know that the Serbian secret services use biological tools and weapons. And we suspect that the deputy director of the Kosovo Police and other officials may have been injured by biological weapons, which may have subsequent effects.

It is kidnapping, because there is a norm when a person should be detained. It ranges from 15 minutes when a person is detained to 6 hours when irregularities are found in their documentation. Cases have been closed for 15-20 hours", said Elezi.
