The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kosovo, Donika Gërvalla, said that the mediator for dialogue Miroslav Lajçak is a failure.

"He entered this dialogue process without a strategy and without a vision, and as it seems, he will leave this dialogue when his mandate expires.
