The Minister of the Interior, Xelal Sveçla, said that after the attack on September 24, evidence was found that shows that Serbia is supported by Russia.
In an interview for RTSH, he stated that the very political support that Russia gives to the government of Serbia regarding this action shows that they are on the same line.
" We captured 24 vehicles in the field. In one of them we found Russian documents. There is also Russian weaponry. Two of the captured vehicles are Russian production, donated to the army of Yugoslavia. But also the political support that Russia gives to the government of Serbia regarding this action shows that they are on the same line, " Sveçla told RTSH.
We recall that, earlier, the Minister of the Interior of Kosovo, Xhelal Sveçla, said that they will request the extradition from Serbia to Kosovo of Millan Radoicic and all those who were involved in planning and carrying out the terrorist action in Banjska.
On September 24, armed groups in this village in the northern part of Kosovo attacked the Kosovo police forces, killing Sergeant Afrim Bunjaku.
Five days after the attack, responsibility for the organization of the attack was taken by Millan Radoicic, former vice-president of Lista Serbe, the largest party of Serbs in Kosovo.
In an interview for REL, Minister Svecla stated that Radoicic did not act alone as he said, but supported by the President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic.
He also said that the investigations so far have shown how "over 80 terrorists" were involved in the attack in Banjska.
