Former Serbian politician and publicist Nenad Çanak said that the new head of the EU for foreign policy, Kaja Kallas, should make things clear regarding the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue and not deal with endless talks without any results.
According to him, at the end of everything, Serbia must recognize Kosovo's property on these borders and Kosovo must recognize Serbia as its neighbor, otherwise they will be like North and South Korea.
"I think it will make things clearer. No endless conversations, no results. I think she has a much needed energy that will be invested in this whole process. Because at the end of the day, Serbia must recognize the independent state of Kosovo on these borders. And vice versa, Kosovo must understand and accept Serbia as its neighbor. And try to create a better life for citizens from both sides of the borders. And that's all. Nothing more. As the conflicts continue, we will make Serbia and Kosovo, in a way, be like North and South Korea. There will be endless pointless conflicts and misunderstandings and endless threats to peace and cooperation in this area. And this must be stopped", he said to "Euronews Albania".
