The decision of the Kosovo government not to tolerate the violations of the "Klan Kosova" has caused many debates. The Ministry of Industry, Entrepreneurship and Trade announced yesterday that it has rejected the "Kosovo Clan" appeal for the suspension of the business license, making the decision final and now it is only the court that decides.
This has brought a lot of reactions. Inside and outside Kosovo, there is talk that the media is being silenced. But is this actually true?
First, the ministry's decision is not about "Klan Kosovan", but about the company that owns the television. The reason is the incorrect declaration of her registration addresses. The Ministry gave time to arrange the documents and this has not happened. This is because the situation is not as simple as it seems.
Thanks to an investigation made by " KosovaNews" , it turns out that the ownership of "Klan Kosova" television is very complicated. It was started by an Albanian citizen when it was opened in 2008, bought by a Kosovo citizen in 2013, then he transferred the ownership to his company opened in Macedonia, where he is registered as a citizen of Serbia. Then it is sold in 2015 in the tax havens in the Virgin Islands and ends up again in North Macedonia in 2021, where the current owner also has it registered under the ownership of his company opened with a Serbian passport with the address "Djakovica, Serbia" (Srb. Gjakovë, "Serbia" sic.) and where according to the documents it appears that this company incorporated in North Macedonia as a one-member limited liability company (DOOeL) is a foreign citizen and that from Serbia!
Yes Yes. From Serbia, where the address of the owner appears as: "Ul. Hisni Zajmi, Djakovica, Serbia". So, according to official data, the owner "on paper" of Klan Kosova turns out to be Mr. Kushtrim Gojani, who owns Klan Kosova in a company with holding activities in North Macedonia. Gojani has registered this company as a foreign investment from Serbia, where his address as the owner and director is: Rr. Hysni Zajmi entered Gjakovë, Serbia, but the south-western city of Kosovo, according to the legal acts he signed, remained in Serbia.
Klan Kosova television was initially registered in the Kosovo Business Registration Agency in 2008, with owner Aleksandër Frangaj from Albania. Then it is bought by a person completely anonymous to public opinion, at least to the world of journalism and media, who is called Florent Nallbani, with a registered address at Rr. Fehmi Agani in Peja.
On January 15, 2014, Mr. Nallbani transfers the ownership of Klan Kosova to Macedonia by donating all the shares to the company "K-Media Corporation DOOEL". At the same time, Baton Haxhiu was appointed director of "Klan Kosova", who was also an authorized representative of the company Klan Kosova LLC from 2014 to 2020.
According to the data of the commercial register of North Macedonia (crm.com.mk) the company "K-Media Corporation Dooel" was also the property of Florent Nallban, whose address was listed as "Peč Serbia" (srb./maq . Pejë, "Sebi"), while in the registration certificate of this company, it appears to be a foreign investment from Serbia!?
On December 2, 2015, "K-Media Corporation DOOEL", which owned Klan Kosova, sold its shares to a phantom company "Saine Group" LTD, based in the British Virgin Islands, a tax haven.

This company is owned by Kushtrim Gojani, who is registered with a Serbian passport and whose address is Gjakovë, "Serbia". In Macedonia's registration certificate, it is described as a foreign investment from Serbia. But in reality, everyone knows that the television is owned by the Devolli brothers, who have taken care to hide such a thing in the papers.
