A person lost his life on Sunday evening in Ferizaj, after a serious incident that occurred in an apartment on "Sejdi Sejdiu" street. Kosovo Police announced that the victim has been identified with the initials FH, 32 years old, while the medical team confirmed his death at the scene.
The case was reported at around 10:50 p.m. After the report, police units, regional investigators, forensics and the State Prosecutor for Serious Crimes arrived at the scene and began investigative actions.
During the examination of the scene, investigators found a wound suspected to have been caused by a firearm. A pistol and a cartridge were seized from the apartment, which will undergo an expert examination.
According to the investigations so far, the incident took place in the apartment of MB, 48 years old. At the time of the incident, his wife and daughter, AR, 24 years old, were also there. The latter suffered bodily injuries and was sent for treatment to the University Clinical Center of Kosovo.
The police have announced that initial suspicions link the case to the criminal offense of "Aggravated Murder". By order of the prosecutor, MB has been detained for 48 hours. A detention order for the same period has also been issued against AR, who continues to receive medical treatment at the UCCK.
Meanwhile, the 32-year-old's body has been sent to the Institute of Forensic Medicine for an autopsy. Investigations are continuing under the direction of the prosecutor to fully clarify the circumstances of the incident.
