Leonard Ademaj, brother of the late Liridona Ademaj, has reacted after the publication of the report from the Institute of Forensic Psychiatry, which confirms that Naim Murseli is mentally competent and does not have any mental disorders.
He described this as a last-ditch attempt by Mursel to delay the judicial process and avoid criminal responsibility.
"Naimi had this as his last card to delay the process. Now that this was rejected, we expect justice to act without further delay," Leonard Ademaj declared on the "FIVE" show on RTV Dukagjini.
According to him, Naim Murseli is the main organizer of his sister's murder, in collaboration with Kushtrim Kokalë and the executioner Granit Plava. He demanded maximum sentences for all three, saying that justice must send a clear message against such criminal acts.
"We know that Liridona will never return, but we want justice for her and a warning to all those who might plan such crimes ," he added.
He also announced that the next hearing on this case will be held on Monday, asking the court not to allow any further delays in this process that has shocked the public and left a deep wound in the family.
