The Basic Court in Pristina has ordered the detention measure against the fourth accused, for the murder of Liridona Ademaj-Murseli.
According to the court announcement, he is charged with the criminal offense of import, export, supply, transportation, production, exchange, brokering or unauthorized sale of weapons.
" The Basic Court in Prishtina, Department for Serious Crimes has held a hearing, deciding on the request of the Basic Prosecution in Pristina to determine the measure of detention, in the criminal case against the defendant TD due to the suspicion that he committed the criminal offense Importi , export, supply, transportation, production, exchange, brokering or unauthorized sale of weapons or explosive materials from article 364 paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo. The judge of the Preliminary Procedure assessed that there are grounds and reasons for setting the measure of detention, because there is a well-founded suspicion that the defendant TD has committed the criminal offense, so if he is found at liberty, he may influence the injured party and the witnesses, as and there is also the risk of repeating the criminal offense, and all of them together have fulfilled the legal basis for determining the measure of detention ", the court's statement says.
