Friends of the actor have expressed this concern. Speaking to the DailyMail, friends say the actor, who has struggled with alcoholism and gambling addiction for decades, is suffering again as his marriage falls apart.
They claim that the 51-year-old actor has already returned to alcohol. One source noted:
"I heard that he has been drinking. He's a really troubled person."
While another added:
"I've seen him looking strange and it's a real concern for everyone who cares for him."
The revelation comes after sources close to the singer said her mother, Guadalupe Rodriguez, has now "turned against" Affleck, despite initially encouraging her daughter to rekindle her romance with the actor in 2022. On Sunday night, the couple were spotted at the residence of 60 million dollars that they bought last year. They spent four hours at the house, which is now said to be for sale.
After Affleck moved into a $100,000-a-month apartment in Brentwood in May, J.Lo canceled her entire summer tour in an apparent attempt to save her marriage. But multiple sources now say a divorce is imminent.
