The Albanian singer who lives in the United States, Ava Max, was slapped during a concert in Los Angeles on Tuesday evening.
The incident, caught on camera, was published by the local media in LA, where a boy can be seen hitting Ava even though the security guards had caught him. They quickly whisked the boy away while the singer continued her performance.
The music blog "About Music" quotes the singer originally from Saranda as saying. "He shot me so hard that he scratched my eye. He will never come to my shows again."
Ava Max, whose real name is Amanda Koçi, was born in Wisconsin, United States in 1994, to two Albanian parents. To date she has released two music albums.
The incident happened a few days after another Albanian singer, Bebe Rexha, was attacked during a concert in New York, where she was hit with a phone on stage while singing and making the eagle symbol. The perpetrator of the attack was arrested and said that he had done the act just for fun, to see if he could hit the singer or not.
