Bledi Strakosha is known to have won the trial in the first instance for his case with RTSH. The news was shared with the public by Strakosha himself, who expresses his gratitude and emphasizes that "the intervention of the court and the objective assessment of my case gives me hope for the future and gives me confidence that justice will ultimately prevail".
According to the decision, the journalist will receive some salary compensation for his dismissal on December 6 of last year.
"I want to express my sincere gratitude for the decision taken today by the Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction, Tirana, for my case with RTSH. This decision represents an important step towards resolving the injustice I have experienced and the pursuit of truth and justice.
The intervention of the court and the objective assessment of my case gives me hope for the future and gives me confidence that justice, in the end, will prevail. I am deeply grateful for the justice and the handling of this case and the granting of the right that I have been seeking for a long time. Many thanks also to my lawyer Gedeon Dudushi", writes Strakosha.
