"Let us hate both Shpat and Selvije, or even love them. This is a personal matter. But it must be understood in a human situation. A two-meter-tall man, beautiful, admired by everyone, and in three seconds he disappears into your chest. What can be said here? Does this moment need to be explained?", said Flora Kasapi.
She added that no one has the right to judge a relationship from the outside, emphasizing that Shpat Kasapi's choice for his partner should be respected. "A great injustice has been done to Shpat's girlfriend. How do you know who she is? Have you lived with her? No. If he chose her to be his girlfriend and to be the mother of his son, how is it possible for an entire population to speak out?" she said.
According to the singer's aunt, Shpat Kasapi's mother, Gjylysere Kasapi, has seen fit to intervene to end the speculation and comments, trying to close the debates that opened after the loss of her son.
The singer's family has requested respect for their pain and privacy during this difficult period, emphasizing that public attacks and judgments only further aggravate the situation.
