The reference is clearly to Valentina Ferragni, who celebrated her birthday with a cake that read "31 but I'm still pulling 2000" as she is currently in a relationship with a younger boy. who was born in 2000. So the rapper has enjoyed teasing his ex-sister-in-law and who knows if she will decide to respond or prefer silence. At the turn of the century, it seems that the "games" have just begun and there seems to be no stopping.
