Florian Agalliu has won the legal battle against Radio Television of Albania (RTSH), marking an important precedent in the relations between individuals and the largest public media institution in the country. After a legal process conducted before the competent court, on January 28, the judging panel has made a final decision in favor of Agalliu.
The lawsuit was filed by Florian Agalliu for violation of rights and failure to fulfill legal and financial obligations by RTSH.
