A video purportedly showing a woman confronting her unfaithful husband and his lover has garnered more than 15 million views in China. The woman is said to have caught the man in bed with his girlfriend in a hotel when the fight took place. The woman asked the man why he cheated on her after six years of marriage.
She then punched him in the face as his girlfriend lay next to him in a nightgown. In the video on Sina.com, the furious woman with glasses also shouted: 'How dare you?!'
It seems that the wife had gone to catch the lovers with a group of friends, who in the video showed that there was a dispute about money between the couple.
At one point, the husband got up to beat one of his wife's friends, who shouted at him "you have used her money until today". The two men fought in a corner of the room.
Immediately after that, the wife grabbed her lover by the arm and the latter begged her "can we talk calmly?". The 'lover' then claimed that the man had not told her about the marital status when they started a romantic relationship. When one of the woman's friends scolded her and said: "Yes, after you found out?" the girlfriend remained silent.
Last month, a married man and his alleged mistress were tied to a tree naked and publicly shamed in China's Guizhou province. The couple was severely punished after the man's wife caught them cheating, according to Chinese media.
