In the last days of 2025, renowned actress Ema Andrea lost her twin brother, former basketball player Enea Andrea, who passed away as a result of cardiac arrest.
In her first public appearance after the sad event, at the "Goca & Gra" studio, the actress could not hold back her tears as she spoke about the loss and experiences of this period.
"2025 didn't end well for me. It's normal that 2026 isn't good either. I've lost half of me. These are the bitter gifts that God gives. At the moment I live in two dimensions, I hope this doesn't affect my work. It's my first day of work, my first media appearance and it couldn't be anywhere else but here ," she said.
The actress revealed that, although she was hesitant to be present in the studio, she decided to publicly face the pain.
"It's not good to talk about things like this, because they are delicate, but also about the elephant in the room, we can't stay silent. Even though this loss of my better half has brought me many blessings, I have seen a lot of love from people I don't know, from people I know ," said Andrea.
She thanked everyone who supported her during this difficult time, emphasizing that her brother "was carried like a king."
"Pain has no ethics, no morals, no vocabulary. I have discovered that even words are not appropriate ," the actress concluded, amidst strong emotions.
