Jonida Vokshi has shared a heartfelt story about one of the greatest losses in her life: the passing of her father. In a communication with her followers on social media, Jonida has been open and very human, touching the hearts of many of them.
Asked by a follower who is facing the same pain, Jonida replied:
"I still haven't come to terms with the fact, I'm still not really aware. There are moments when I feel like it really happened and those are the hardest moments."
She confessed that the closest way to cope with the void her father left behind is through the memories and stories she shares about him.
“But I continue to live with him, I tell his stories everywhere,” she said with emotion.
In this deep reflection, Jonida also shared a strengthening message for all those who are going through the same journey of pain:
"It is a process, the most difficult in the world, but vital. It hurts, but it gives you the strength to fight so that he is proud of you, from where he sees you and protects you everywhere."
