He has a fortune of 500 million dollars, Mick Jagger: None of my 8 children will

Mick Jagger will give his entire fortune of 500 million dollars to charity when he leaves this world. His 8 children will not receive a single cent of this wealth.

The money will be raised if the band sells the rights to their 1971 catalog of songs.

The plan was announced by the famous British rocker himself in an interview with the Wall Street Journal, where he said that his children do not need his money.

"Children don't need $500 million to live well," he said.

The 80-year-old says that he has taught his heirs to solve their financial problems themselves, since during his long career in the field of music, he has often faced serious difficulties with copyrights for his songs.

Instead, he prefers that the proceeds of the catalog go to charity to "do something good in the world."

"It would be nice if the money of the fortune did some good in this world," Jagger said.

He has 8 children from marriages and love relationships with 5 different women. The 80-year-old is considered one of the music stars with one of the longest careers that continues to be active for more than 6 decades with the famous Rock & Roll group "Rolling Stones".

Jagger is not the only one who shares this opinion about his wealth, as celebrities such as Gordon Ramsay, Bill Gates, Sting and Elton John have also indicated that they will not leave excessive wealth to their children.

Meanwhile, the band is preparing to release their first album of original material in 18 years in October.
