Prime Minister Edi Rama has become part of a song that is becoming viral on the social network "TikTok". A Bosnian singer, known on social networks as "Doppelgänger", has included Prime Minister Rama in his latest song. Rama "enters" the song's launch with a joke he used during the Strategic Forum, which was held in Bled, Slovenia on September 1, 2021.
"Sorry for being so Balkanic, but this is a great thing of being European from the Balkans, because you never lose the sense of humor with your tragedy," said Rama, the sentence that translates into Albanian: I feel so Balkanic, but it's great to be a European from the Balkans because you never lose your sense of humor despite the tragedies you go through.
This expression has been used hundreds of thousands of times on the social network "TikTok" by the users of this social network, while showing the traditions of their culture.
This is how the singer "Doppelgänger", who bases his entire artistic creation on his culture using words/actions that only a Balkan person understands, has also received attention. However, it is not known if the Albanian prime minister is aware that the phrase he said has become so viral...even though it is not the first time it has been included in a music video. He himself participated in the songs of the group "West Side Family", "Tirona" and "Çohu", which he used during the electoral campaigns, namely when he was running for mayor of Tirana and prime minister of the country. But, also, he has been used as a character in many other clips, the most recent being the song by the rapper from Kosovo, Buta, who has a song titled "Edi Rama".
