The media magnate is getting married for the fifth time, his third ex-wife introduced him to the new wife

Media mogul Rupert Murdoch has married for the fifth time in a ceremony at his California estate.

Murdoch, 93, married his new wife Elena Zhukova, 67, a retired Russian biologist. He was rumored to be dating Zhukova soon after his engagement to Ann Lesley Smith broke off suddenly in April 2023.

Murdoch and Zhukova posed side by side for the wedding photos.

The Daily Mail reported that several powerful people were in attendance at the ceremony, including New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft and News Corp chief executive Robert Thompson.

In March 2024, the New York Times reported that Murdoch and Zhukova were engaged and planned to marry after they began dating the previous summer. The pair met through Murdoch's third wife, Wendi Deng.
