The two moderators, Aulona Musta and Fatma Haxhialiu, have shared their thoughts on the current moderation figures on Albanian television.
Their comments have caused reactions, especially those mentioning Beniada Nishani, the moderator of the show "Afternoon Friends" on RTSH.
The first to mention Beniada was Aulona, who said on "The Dalina Show": "For me, the fact that Beniada presents an afternoon show when he doesn't know how to speak Albanian properly, on public television..."
Meanwhile, Fatma supported her opinion by adding: "On Albanian public television, one of the main rules is to speak fluent, pure Albanian, because it is the television of all Albanians."
The statements were not well received by Beniada, who reacted on InstaStory with a direct message: "Let the dogs bark, the caravan moves forward."
This was interpreted as a clear response to the comments made by the two moderators on the show. Following her reaction, Aulona shared a clip from the interview, describing her comment as a professional opinion and not a personal insult.
In her explanation, she wrote: "So where was the insult here? Where was the lack of support for the woman? The insult? The denigration? Three women with 20 years of experience in the media, who have tried all types of media, from print, when you went out with a dictaphone in your hand, to radio, television, online, etc., are giving their opinions on a topic that concerns them. Opinions based on facts!
Jealousy? Seriously? Just as I'm not afraid to say what I don't think is right, I'm not afraid to publicly say who I think is more professionally valuable than me! Anyone who has seen the interview knows this. Anyone who hasn't seen it, here it is, it's three minutes long.
