Renowned journalist and presenter Lauren Sánchez Bezos has revealed that she is open to the idea of expanding her family with her husband, Jeff Bezos.
In an interview with The New York Times , the 56-year-old said without hesitation: "I would have a baby tomorrow. Tomorrow." However, her representatives later clarified that she is not currently expecting, but simply does not rule out the possibility of another child in the future.
The couple tied the knot in a lavish ceremony in Venice on June 27, uniting their families. They currently have a blended family with seven children from previous relationships.
Jeff Bezos is the father of four children from his marriage to MacKenzie Scott, while Lauren has three children: son Nikko from her relationship with Tony Gonzalez and two other children, Evan and Ella, from her marriage to Patrick Whitesell.
Sánchez has often spoken about the importance of family in her life. She recalled with emotion one of the most special moments of the wedding: the children's speeches.
“The most important moment was when our children spoke,” she said, emphasizing that these speeches made the ceremony even more meaningful.
Particularly moving was the story of her son Evan, who has struggled with dyslexia. He recalled a moment from his childhood when he first wrote the sentence "I can do this," a memory that, according to Lauren, remains a symbol of strength and confidence.
Today, Lauren Sánchez Bezos emphasizes that family is at the center of everything and does not rule out the possibility of expanding it even further.
