British media interviews Noizy: First I was bullied in England; the only way to

Noizy has given an interview to the English media "Daily Express", where he has told about his life and career, the difficulties he first encountered abroad, after being bullied as an immigrant.

Noizy has also spoken about the creation of his group "OTR", as it was a good way to protect himself from bullying, problems with gangs of Albanian rappers and street fights.

"We came from a difficult situation. Throughout the year I heard shots and grenades (year 1997). Children could find guns and bullets in the bush. There was terrible news everywhere. There were no guns or grenades on the ground, but South London was not safe. I was afraid to walk home from school without being stopped by gangs trying to steal my shoes or the pendant I got for my birthday. If you went back, you would be hurt very badly."

Noizy has shown that because of the difficulty of speaking the language well. since he was an immigrant, he was often bullied for this fact and his peers did not accept him in their society:

"Don't sit here because you are a refugee, go back to your country, we don't want you here."

Because of these prejudices, Noizy decided to change the behavior by becoming tougher with them.

"The only way to survive in England is to be strong. The sad truth is that there are so many cultures and races that it is almost impossible to become one. The only way is to be the strongest, then no one will mess with you. That's how I found peace. We were the first Albanian group, formed in 2001, we were only 10 people at the beginning, all boxers. The group became bigger and bigger, as more people came from Albania. I was the leader because I had arrived at the age of 10 and learned the little things that mattered: how to dress, talk and be more "British". I told them, if you don't want to fight, we should stick together. Go try walking alone on the way home and see what happens to you. You will be robbed, stabbed and chased. We were on "ride or die" because although we were more in number compared to other groups, we were not running away from anyone. That's how we became untouchable. I do not support violence. I don't believe two wrongs make a right, but there is so much one can learn. We all know how rough the roads can get in England, especially in South East London in the 1990s-2000s. I'm no angel, maybe I've done things that were wrong. But when you grow up in a place where you always hear fights and stabbings, it affects you."

Thus his group gained an untouchable reputation. "Daily Mail", in 2010, wrote an article where they claimed that the rapper's gang was under surveillance by the police because of videos posted on the Internet with guns. In this way, "OTR" became a target of rival Albanian groups in Britain. Their biggest rival was Hellbanianz from East London, where they regularly threatened OTR and Noizy in rap songs.

The group, set up as rivals to OTR, last year drove a tank onto a Barking council estate. Noizy clarified this contention by saying:

"Those guys are young. I say it with no disrespect that they were created after us. OTR was the first group. I hope they make it in music and get away from all the craziness because I've seen them involved in some crimes. I just hope someone older than their group tells them there's nothing beautiful about that lifestyle."

Noizy has also spoken about the fight in 2016 with the "Babastars" group, and he describes it as old, while for the cases where his businesses were hit, he says that they were suspected targets for arson.

'But here there is only one problem' - says Noizy - because it is very difficult to counter them after he has learned in the jungle of England:

"They didn't understand that I came from a jungle in England. The conflicts I had didn't end well for other rappers."

But had all these quarrels worried Noizy, or had they made him guard against unexpected attacks?

Noizy has an answer:

"I have lived very well and very safely for a long time. Until some maniacs appeared on TikTok. I don't even want to talk about it. But people know exactly what I'm talking about."

Today, Noizy is recognized as one of the most successful and beloved artists. On his YouTube channel he counts more than 1 billion views and millions more on his online platforms.

Recently, he is challenging himself in another field, that of acting. Noizy has posted some videos on the sets of the upcoming movie.
