In a touching confession, Vera Ora, the mother of the Albanian singer Rita Ora, has shown her battle with the serious disease of cancer. She said that the disease affected her at the age of 39, and it was a very difficult period for her.
"At that time I had small children and I didn't work, I dealt with the disease, with the therapy which was quite long and quite difficult, and I, as a woman, was quite affected in many aspects", he said she in the show "Kallxo Përnime".
Vera says that at that time, around 2006, cancer was not very common among younger women, and that she had no signs that she had cancer, and for this reason, doctors did not recommend that she get a mammogram.
"I said something is wrong and the doctor told me you are young, you don't have any signs of cancer, it doesn't happen at such young ages. I also told him I want a mammogram. After I did it, they called me urgently and the doctor felt very bad, because he said that I didn't examine you properly. And I was in a mental chaos in those moments, I didn't pay attention and that's where the routine began, diagnosis, treatment, surgery, therapy", she confesses.
"I asked for therapy from a psychologist, I cried, I felt a lot of disappointment with the fact that it happened, but when I saw the children, I knew what I needed to do, and I gave up on a lot," adds Vera. Hour.
Ora confesses that one of the main causes of cancer is the way of eating. She told the show "Kallxo Përnime" that processed foods are very dangerous.
"These are very dangerous, but they are more desirable than healthy food," she says. Among other things, Ora added that he believes that stress has been the biggest cause of cancer.
"Different exercises, healthy food affect stress reduction", said Ora.
